Suspension Himcocid is an antacid that contains Cowrie Shell Ash and Indian gooseberry.
The role of key ingredients: Cowrie Shell Ash (Varatika) is well known for its antacid and digestive properties, which are useful in the treatment of gastritis, acidity, heartburn and duodenitis.
Indian gooseberry (Amalaki) effectively reduces the acid and pepsin content in the stomach. At the same time, it increases mucins, cellular mucus and the lifespan of cells in the gastric mucosa, which helps in healing stomach ulcers.
