Trifal is harmless, but if the body is heavily polluted with toxins, too much dose can cause a strong reaction, because trifal leads the accumulated toxins into motion faster than the weakened organism in the condition to process them, therefore, in case of discomfort or pain, during the reception of Triphala, the dose it is necessary to reduce by half somewhere for one or two weeks.

Dosing: 0,5 - 1 tsp Triphala Churna with warm water or as directed by a physician

Alternative methods of application:

№1. In the evening 1 tsp. Strain the trifal powder in a glass of warm water, leave overnight. In the morning drink a filtered infusion of triphala. Sediment pour again a glass of water and leave for a day. In the evening, drink and discard the sediment.

It is recommended to start with a lower dose - infusion of 0.5 tsp. trifaly in the evenings. If the weakening of the stool is not strong - you can increase the dose.
